This is a Writers for Democratic Action “Book the Vote” Reading. It’s a blend of the creative and political and a call to all to join in on this tribute as we approach the midterms. Featured readers and speakers are novelist Brinda Charry, poet Dianelly Antigua, writer for children and young adults, David Elliott, and the ACLU.

 Please join together with writers, poets, all whose family has come to the U.S. as immigrants, and advocates for civil liberties. “We Are All Immigrants” is a collaborative event created by Writers for Democratic Action, NH,  Open Democracy,  ACLU, NH, and young immigrants in New Hampshire.  Listen to short readings by poets and writers and hear up-to-date news on the state of our democracy in New Hampshire. 

After the readings, please stay for food and discussion.
